Hi, I’m JO PIGGY. Leave the luggage at the hotel and put your appetite in the grill’s care. These stops are around Nohyeong and Yeon-dong, not all beside Dongmun Market, so check the journey.
Samgyeopsal is pork belly with alternating fat and lean layers. Try salt first, then lettuce, garlic and ssamjang. Skin-on ogyeopsal adds chew; not every black-pork cut is belly, so confirm what the order actually contains.
Three places to consider
1. Neulbom Black Pork
Visitors mention moist chewy pork belly, a large restaurant and a substantial meal. Belly, neck and skin let a group compare cuts. If opinions differ, hold the meeting over the grill; tongs can be more productive than speeches.
